There is something to be said about why democracy won't quite work as smoothly in other nations. Especially in countries like Iraq, where many groups take too much stock in religion driving government.

Thanks for telling me what I already know. Since you can create "bullets" out of any character in word processing, including hyphens, I find it simpler in my typing to simply use the "-" instead of typing out &149;. It saves me five characters I need to type or remember.

Well, you see, hyphens were used as bullet points, as were asterisks back in the ol' typewriter days. So it is an adequate substitute for my purposes.:-)
