Okay, I've now lost a total of 18 lbs and 3% body fat on this diet.

How marvelous. I've put in a moderate workout this week...less jogging and a little more on weights four times so far. This weekend I'll make time for some upper arms and situps.

Tomorrow: Krazy Off the Wagon Dayz! At least one meal, anyway, where I shall consume items that would make the South Beach founder blanche. Well, maybe not, but they are the "avoid these foods" category. Though I might have a whole wheat bun on that hamburger. But I see a milkshake and french fries in my future. Maybe some onion rings. And then I'll go back to veggies and lean stuff for a while, until my next planned "feasting".
