weaktwosAfter dinner featuring a steak and an artichoke, I made an after-dinner beverage:
-3 tablespoons Scharfen Berger unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 tablespoon of Splenda
-3 Tablespoons of Patron's Coffee Liqueur
Mix the above ingredients to form a rich, chocolatey paste. Then add 8 oz. of warm or cold milk. I used a mix of nonfat half 'n half and 1% milk. I warmed it for 1 minute in the microwave.
That's a delicious chocolate beverage.
