weaktwosFirst of all, I was watching the broadcast of the house of representatives on CSPAN. I caught the opening activities, including a session of prayer for the House, led by a minister.
This concerns me. I think faith is important on a personal level, but not as a part of government. I'm concerned that things are getting too blurry, and when they clear up, we'll have ourselves a mountain of problems. So far, our war against terror just happens to be against muslims, and our primary religion just happens to be Christianity of some sort. And folks in Israel that are engaging in a territory dispute just happen to be Jewish and Muslim. The coincidences are building up...
Secondly, I found 40 bucks in the pocket of a freshly laundered pair of jeans!
