Today was a busy day, with some amount of frustration. It was supposed to be a day of catching up. It was supposed to be so productive.

And it was, eventually. Except for that wasted hour where I went to get lunch at the Elephant Bar, and they gave me the absolutely, totally, completely wrong lunch order. and of course, I found this out when I got back to work.*sigh*

You shouldn't have to open each container and see if what you received was what you ordered.

BabyDoc and I went to see I, Robot and dined at the Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory is a people watching extravaganza. How do people comport themselves when they are forced to wait an hour to be seated?

The answer is: like idiots.

I, Robot was entertaining, I thought. Of course, I never read the original stories. BabyDoc read them years ago, and she enjoyed the film, as well.

BabyDoc gave me information tonight that seems to affirm that men can be spineless little twits sometimes.

I am sleepy. I have much on the mind, but no energy to write it down.

People in general are capable of being spineless twits sometimes. Some people are more prone to it than others. You just have to learn to identify these people, and use their spineless twitiness to your advantage, not let it work against you.

There's a high possibility her boyfriend is cheating on her. So when you care for someone, it's really hard to use such things to your advantage when your instinct is to care and protect that person.

While I know that it's not just men who are the spineless ones, my friend and I have encountered too many male invertebrates in our dating years.
