I just watched last night's "Daily Show". O'Reilly was on. Boy, that man is on the trail to make himself appear more fair, more balanced. Fascinating developments from the "no spin zone".

What's next? Sean Hannity screaming that he's a liberal at heart?

I thought the same thing.

However, this appearance does not come across when O'Rielly is on his own show. The man is voting Bush, you can bank on it.

I agree. He's a lying liar assclown. I can't watch O'Reilly for extended amounts of time, else I will start buying lots of weaponry and muttering "I am the angel of death. The time for purification is at hand," under my breath.

I read that he may be planning to run against Hillary for NY senator in '06, so he's toning down the 'right-wing whacko' thing.

I'm still rolling over the bit from the other night where they showed Edwards saying that he knows Cheny loves his GAY DAUGHTER very much.

Oh, and the part where Dr. Phil asked Bush if he believes in spanking, and Stewart replied, "Spanking? He believes in executing the retarted, OF COURSE he believes in spanking."

Hahaha. Oh yes, that was a good bit. Last night's treatment of Stewart listing off countries that have more of a possible threat than Iraq, mixed with footage of Bush saying "Saddam Hussein" was amusing, too.

For this reason alone it sucks that I don't have cable. I am missing all the good shit!

Dammit!

Yes, Comedy Central is a Happy Thought. ;-)

Then again, hopefully you're enriching your life with other things. ;-) It's all a tradeoff.

True. My husband is a big reader. He reads and re-reads Sci Fi books and Science Fantasy stuff. So we don't have the tv on other than DVD's. but since we live in the sticks, there is no cable service and hubby aint buying a dish. (He refuses to pay for television) Plus they are deradfully tacky, I don't what kind of house you put it on and since mine is already a mobile home, I saw no need to further any stereotypes.
