New CoH character on Pinnacle

During some Justice Server sluggishness, I hopped over to Pinnacle to create a character inspired by the Dixie Chicks.

They said, "We've got to stop Mad Cowboy disease."

Or something like that.

So, I present to you, ladies and germs, the Mad Cowboy.
