Flu Shots and Menu Madness

weaktwosIf I got a flu shot in my left arm, this morning, why is my right arm sore, ceterus paribus?
Today's lunch special: Teriyaki Chicken Breast.
The chicken breast has a non-white meat look to it, either it's really thigh meat, or it's irradiated, or worse, it's undercooked. The broccoli is also overcooked/steamed/nuked. The rice...that's the best damn minute rice I've had.
