Can't say I'd blame them. They suffered a hell of a loss and that woman caused how many people to lose a sore of their income? I'd have ripped her apart.

Oh yeah, that was the top story on all the news here yesterday. Of course. Bits I remember from the coverage: local Wendy's sales have been down 30% in the last month, causing layoffs and reduced hours. Can you imagine being laid off from Wendy's? Weird.

A couple of weeks ago, there was something about a woman in Nevada who'd gotten her fingertip bit off by a pet leopard. She'd gone to the hospital and supposedly taken the fingertip with her, but it mysteriously disappeared. There was reportedly going to be DNA testing on the finger that Ayala had, but I don't remember hearing anything more on that, so perhaps there wasn't a match?

Anyway, Bay Area Wendy's are giving out free junior-sized Frostys today and tomorrow. :)
