What's Shakin' in Anne-land?

The other day, I was craving to hear Isaac Hayes' Shaft theme song. I was on the road, you see. I spent some nice bank on getting this wicked huge ipod to have all my collection at my fingertips. And what to do I find when I go thumbing through my music collection for Isaac?

Goose egg.

Bupkis.

Nada.

Zilch.

Mother Fu--

I'm only talking about Shaft!

I was agog. I was aghast. I nearly wrecked myself before I could check myself.

So, this morning, between drum practicing and gulps of coffee, I found my shaft cd and am rectifying this most egregious of circumstances.

Now, when I need a bit of the Shaft, I can get me some.

Damn right.

Were you think ing The Original Version, or The Fishburne Version?
I was thinking the Frsh Prince of Belair version.

the Original version with Roundtree, of course. There is no Fisburne version. Only other version is with Samuel Jackson. :-)
