Today was busy, but tonight I'm on fire.

I got off work, went shopping for some supplies for dinner and lunches for the week. Then I went home and began baking a cake for my boss, whose birthday was today (she took the day off). I decided I'm going to try to practice for cake decorating class using her as an excute.

Meanwhile, while the strawberry cakes were cooking, I took:
Garlic spinach chicken sausage
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Low carb pasta
extra garlic
a bit of marsala wine
salt
white pepper

I sauteed the non pasta until the liquid was out of the zuchini and mushrooms, and mixed it all up with Mediterranean seasoned feta cheese.

Oh. So. Good.
