It must be my computer. I can sort of see the teeth chomping in the big one, but the icon version... nothing. :( Darnit!

Have you tried adjusting the contrast settings or brightness of the monitor at all? It is a dark graphic, but on windows and apple boxes, I'm seeing all the details...

It's naturally a dark icon. The scene in the movie takes place under harry's bed at the leaky cauldron. But you can see it's a book, right, that chomps towards you?

Not in the icon really, nope. Maybe you could use the shots where the book is chomping around on the floor and Harry's looking at it from on the bed - the more arial view instead of the straight on view.

That's quite odd. There's something quite odd with your systems, then. Because I've seen in on three different computers just fine, with differing operating systems and graphics cards and monitors. For example, I'm on the computer here at work,and it doesn't have a fancy graphics card, and I can see it just fine on here.
