Dave Matthews and such

Dave Matthews was fantastic. I'm now in love with Carter Beauford. Sure, I admired his stuff from afar. But after watching him for over an hour, I'm smitten with his drumming. Thanks to the oh-so-close proximity of the Marysville Amphitheatre, I got home rather late last night.

I've surpassed 30gb of music on my ipod. I'm listening to my Dave Matthews CD collection right now.

I'm fairly tired. I might hit bed early, but I want to get in some drum practice before I hit the pillow and render myself unconscious. I've been bereft of practicing of late, and I have a lesson this Saturday after a work-related hiatus.

My cats are adorable as always. They are within the prescribed 7 foot radius of my person.

DMB has been an enthralling live experience since before anyone knew who they were. There's just something magical about thier shows. I first heard of them and saw them live when they were trying to name an album that ended up being called "Remember Two Things"...
