Now, I will agree that the blame for the problems responding to Katrina are not entirely his fault, but the choices of his administration do have their impact. The whole Katrina experience indicates how seasoned we are(as a nation) at disaster preparedness. What was Bush doing hiring inexperienced people for FEMA posts? I mean, Bush is incompetent.
