Whatever wonderful intentions you have now, they might not be enough to carry you through the day. It's like reality is testing you to see if you can maintain your cool and still act pleasantly, even if you are ready to explode. But you won't lose it if you can remember to release the pressures gradually before they build to a critical level.
I only growled at my boss once out loud. Not sure if that's quite "exploding" (harrumph).
