Although every effort is made to prevent damage to the mail, occasionally this will occur because of the methods which must be employed to assure the most expeditius distribution possible.

We hope you Undertand. We assure you that we are constantly striving to improve our processing methodds in order that even a rare occurrence may be eliminated.

Matt gets those every time he receives his golf magazine. Or his computer magazine...I forget which one but they "regret the damage" every time.

Wow! We haven't gotten one of those 'yet', but we have had a couple broken DVDs arrive. Thankfully Netflix doesn't even comment. I guess it happens a lot. So were the typos yours or the postal service's? ;D
