The proper application of both the endorsement and Lemon tests to the facts of this case makes it abundantly clear that the Board’s ID Policy violates the Establishment Clause. In making this determination, we have addressed the seminal question of whether ID is science. We have concluded that it is not, and moreover that ID cannot uncouple itself from its creationist, and thus religious, antecedents.

Intelligent Design proponents, please resume your regular church programming already in progress.

..And try to get a BIT brighter so your fundy asses won't be turned out by rational folk...shee, those ID folk are a VERY convincing argument for evolution- they're so dim tha... aw hell, if it were caveman time, they'd be sabertoothed tiger fodder.

Yeah, I hope you slept well. I don't want you to get over-tired and start fantasizing about blue cats, fundies and teeth again. I imagine in a battle between fundies and blue cats, the fundies might win, as long as they wait for the blue cat to pause and start licking him/herself.
