So long, Sta-Puft
Feb. 25th, 2006 06:35 pmSo, I get a ring on my doorbell this afternoon. A young lad is lookin' to buy my Corolla that's been mellowing out in the front yard.
I hadn't driven it in 4 months or so. It was likely dead. He jumped it and it started. He took it for a test drive. Seemed like a good guy. I sold it to him for a low price, but he took care of a problem I wouldn't have to deal with: getting rid of that car.
The title is transferred, and I've got the liability release information to send in. Tomorrow, it will be off my insurance.
Now I'm down to one car, the dutiful and most delightful Prius.
