Here's taogrl, checkin' out the hotties presumably on the other side of that fence.


Here the river was moving along at a nice pace, forming little baby whitecaps.


Here's an official looking building in Courtland. I'm going to assume it's a courthouse.


Here was the first of about three bridges of this type that we came across. My theory is that they are Transformers. I think they transform into big Tonka dump trucks.


I think the bridge overheard my Tonka comment.

And we were grousing about not having our camera with us- Great shots- captured the essence of this beautiful day. Giusti's is worth the trip; the french fries are little pillows of crunchy heaven. The other offerings are good as well, but what really got me was the very old riddling rack with some very dusty Champagne bottles mounted on it. Jim said that the bubbly was prolly vinegar at this point..I'm still curious.

Oops, Sorry- We were in Walnut Grove, a couple of miles away over at Giusti's place, a cool old bar and grill over off of old Walnut Grove-Thornton road...I'm so obtuse .
