Travelog: Dragoncon

Thursday was a day of travel extraordinaire. ariedana and I drove from her abode to Atlanta.

Highlights:
-ABC stores. I'm from California, I'm not used to not being able to buy hard liquor in grocery stores.
-"I've never wanted to be someone's ass." Dana said this with regard to House injecting Cutty with fertility drugs.
-"We're driving through this Hurrical Storm or Tropicane, whatever it is."
-"We're now within the asshole of this Tropical Storm." Said by me to Bunky, explaining our delays.


Anyway, we are safely in town, dinner was had. Calamities occurred at dinner such that newbabel and I left with wet pants. And we liked it.

Tomorrow is a new day.

Oh, and Hilton is pissing me off. Never again. No roll-away beds. Wireless only internet. I'm not amused.

That House/Cutty scene this season was pretty much the most exciting thing I saw on television. It's the first time in years I picked up my phone to call a friend I knew was watching. That show is the best!

This trip sounds like the best of friend times - keep enjoying. Hope the Con rocks.
