Upgrading Tivo with Vonage

ariedana ran into a wee snag upgrading her Tivo since she has Vonage. However, we finally got it to work by using some vonage mailing lists.

Here's the dialing configuration that worked:
Dial Prefix: 12122773895
Call waiting Prefix: *99,,#19,,
phone available: off
dial tone detect: off

Bada bing, bada bang.

However, Vonage does get a tad buggy, and you have to retry your calls a few times. However, it gets the job done.(eventually)
