I am mondo disappointed

So, I found out what type of drum Brian Rosenworcel uses for his hand snare: the Remo Mondo Snare.

Of course, it would have to be rare. I can't seem to find any dealer that sells it. I haven't even been able to find anyone who sells the head and what I would need to modify a regular snare drum to make it work. Feh to that. But, I'll figure out something eventually.
Even if I did find one, it would be nearly $400 dollars. I think some german store sells it for 355 Euro.
And of course, I should really be in bed instead of ogling drum equipment.
