-Four cheese ravioli (using a recipe from Biba, Sacramento's patron saint of fine Italian food) --now made
-Roasted Beet Ravioli--almost made
-Salad
-Asparagus
-Garlic Bread
-Mint Chip Ice Cream --custard is made and is chilling. It shall be prepared tomorrow afternoon.
