Beet Ravioli. Done.
Mint Chip Ice Cream. Done and freezing.
Almond Crisp cookies. Done.


Left: cheesy garlic bread. Salad. I'll save the asparagus for another time. I think between hors d'eouvres, salad, pasta. We'll be done.

This will be a meat free evening, but hey, there's butter well represented in the cookies, and eggs in the pasta. That's close enough.

I planned my new years eve gathering too late, so it's just a handful of us. So, they are getting treated to a gourmet feast.
