I will be very content when this when this week and day is done. It's been a humdinger of a week at work, and it makes Annie a tired lass.

The company just rolled out a new tool to faciliate internal transfers for the call center reps. Recall that we have a 5 digit dialing plan here. The new tool on their computer takes 15 clicks. You do the math.
