weaktwosWell, after a late day yesterday, I peeled myself out of bed and scurried out the door. I think my cat was cold, so he made a point of waking me up so that I would turn on the freakin' heater.
A rogue rock from the freeway hit my winshield at high speeds. Ironically, I passed a Safelite Auto Glass repair truck as this happened.
Today is a brand new day, with mistakes in it. :-)

Date: 2003-01-17 05:02 am (UTC)1) they'll talk you into replacing the entire thing at no cost, in which case the damned glass will be weird and look like your Aunt Loretta's bifocals
2) they'll talk you into just "repairing" it, in which case, the next bump you roll over, the entire thing will "run" and a bigger crack will suddenly appear again.
Be careful. I've had BOTH scenarios in just the past year alone...with the same fucking windshield.
