weaktwosWhen taogrl asked me how my day was, I replied, "I felt like I was a candle in the wind, and I flamed-out about 2pm.
There are a number of reasons why this was so.
-up late on Sunday. Cause: finishing Civ IV game.
-up late on Monday. I was piddling about the domicile
-up late on Tuesday. Game night at Crepeville. Phase 10 was my waterloo.
-mind numbing reports and analysis today. I'll definitely need to rest my eyes soon, and yet I don't want to. Feh.
Tonight taogrl and I dined at Roxy Restaurant in Sacramento. It was quite good. We recommend the Pulled Pork Stroganoff with the Mascarpone and Potato Ravioli. Delish.
Roxy Restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows that can be slid to the side to give an open-air effect for the restaurant goers. It was a gorgeous evening so pleasant and comfortable. Good conversation, good food, and two lemon drops. I'm ready for sleep.
