Aug. 13th, 2006 12:36 amI finally saw Morgan Sperlock's 30 Days episode where he and his fiance live on minimum wage. It really did drive home how hard it was to keep ahead of the game if any type of setback occurred.
Apparently F/X was having a wee marathon of 30 Days episodes, because several other episodes showed up on my Tivo today. Another one was the "Binge-Drinking Mom" show. A mother trying to make a point to her binge drinking college daughter by behaving like a drunk party girl for 30 days. Her daughter was behaving like a total tool. Has the culture of young college students shifted from "social drinking" to "social drunks"? Was it always this bad?
What's with the Bridgestone Tire commercial? There are sexy, sharply dressed people dancing to a hip remix of the Wheel on the Bus goes Round and Round. It's tires, people!
