Interesting gossip on the cause.
But since the rest of the area was having problems, I'll pass on the drunk employee theory for now.
Attended the Sacramento Board Games Meetup tonight. Played three games: Attika, Modern Art, and Bohnanza. Attika wooped my arse. It was the first time I played it. I have played Modern Art and Bohnanza once before. Quite an enjoyable evening.
Today was one of those days at work that should have been slow. It was not. Overall, it really wasn't that bad, but the annoyances were like papercuts. Seemingly brief, but the annoyance kept popping up.
Thankfully, tomorrow is a new day.
So, the things I appreciated about today:
-I enjoyed the overcast weather driving to work this morning.
-I was grateful that I was able to overcome work obstacles with reasonable swiftness, despite frequent interruptions.
-Game night was a hoot.
Since my Dexter watching days are coming to an end, it's time to move on to Weeds.
