I wonder how many cat owners around the world are awkwardly stumbling over their cats at any given time, who seem to have a predilection for pausing just behind one's feet.

That's my blind lad. He follows, and he pauses behind my legs. I nearly stepped on him this morning, but nearly tripped and fell during my evasive maneuvers.
