I recently came home, after dinner, and work.

Today was good. Dinner was great, but something disagreed with my intestines, and I had some gastronomical adventures in the bathroom shortly after dinner.

I bought Craftsman Toolz today! I needed a wratchet, and an adjustable wrench and they were MINE! Muhahahaha.

In addition to the remainder of the Sandman volumes, I received Gore Vidal's "Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace". It is thought provoking, thus far. Mr. Vidal asks some interesting questions. I'll wait to write more on it later.

I finished reading "League of Extraordinary Gentleman, vol. I". I wonder where volume II is. I have not yet seen it in stores. I saw some mention of it on a comics website, but nothing about when it was released or where to buy it. Hmmm.

My cat is currently vexed by some flying bug. He looks dreadfully silly while attempting to hunt it down and kill it. Some bugs might think me insensitive to say such a thing, but I'm heartless that way.

It seems like you are always one step ahead of me. I think about refinancing and you post that you are signing your final papers; I think about picking up my guitar again and you post that you are taking lessons. Now, just today, I am listening to NPR and they are interviewing Alan Moore. He is talking about the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and I am thinking that sounds interesting, and maybe I'll check it out. And here you are, already looking for volume 2 (unfortunately, I missed if he said it (vol II) was out already). It's just plain spooky.

Moore was talking about something else he did, which is an atlas of imaginary places found in literature. It sounded fascinating--a map of places that exist only in imagination, but in real-life settings, such as Sherlock Holmes' London. I missed the name of it though.

Yes, our respective similarities is rather amusing. And to think we both live in elk grove. If only I were a married man, things would be even freakier!

I enjoyed the League of Extraordinary Gents. The notion was rather creative, and some of the humor was fun, as well.

I am able to remind myself that I am me and not you by the fact that I can't write haiku. I do enjoy your haiku efforts though--some of them are really clever!
