Aug. 12th, 2004 08:07 amThe wine tasting was an epicurean experience, as always. H'ors d'oeuvres were:
-stuffed shrimp
-crostini with goat cheese spread and caramelized onions
-a barbequed beef with arugala pesto. (The marinade for the meat approached a teriyaki flavor)
-polenta with some marinara sauce and a little arugala pesto.
-sliced strawberries on a chocolate cookie with mint leaves
The winery featured was Hogue winery. They are located up in Washington State.
I'm 31 pages into

Now to bathe. I overslept just a wee bit this morning. In fact, I had one of those mornings where I didn't know what day it is, and I think my brain wanted to assume it was Saturday. Bad brain. Bad!
