Burger-licious!

I ended up making some baklava for the heck of it, as well. The recipe I have calls for orange flour water. Since I am without orange flower water (recipe requires 1 tablespoon), I used grand marnier instead. This does not hamper the baklava enjoyment factor.
So, back to the burger. I combined two recipes from the Food Network:
I also cooked some bacon slices and the usual condomint suspects. You can use a food processor if you don't have a meat grinder. You'll never want to go back to regular burgers again. :-)
