30 Helens agree: grinding sirloin and chuck to make burgers is delicious.

I ended up making some baklava for the heck of it, as well. The recipe I have calls for orange flour water. Since I am without orange flower water (recipe requires 1 tablespoon), I used grand marnier instead. This does not hamper the baklava enjoyment factor.

So, back to the burger. I combined two recipes from the Food Network:

I also cooked some bacon slices and the usual condomint suspects. You can use a food processor if you don't have a meat grinder. You'll never want to go back to regular burgers again. :-)

I have a kithen aid mixer with food grinder attachements (that can also be used as a pasta maker. It's great fun.

Hopefully someday soon you'll have a bigger kitchen. It sounds like you're a man who could make excellent use of one. :-)

And a Tivo for all your favorite cooking shows. :-)
