weaktwosToday was a great rest of the day. I had some great conversations with friends tonight.
Today's theme, cuisine-wise, was "Anne flings her ass off the southbeach wagon!". We had a pot luck today, and in light of the fact that I haven't changed in my weight at all for the past week, I want to see what eating whatever the hell I want for a day does.
I did manage to have a very good run today, though. I sweated heartily. Yay, verily.
