Well, I'm feeling a bit better, but still slow getting up. I look forward to the weekend where I'll be getting a lot of sleep.

I'm a bit frustrated by being sick. I hate to be forced to slow down by my immune system.

Stanley Hersch was interviewed on "The Daily Show" recently (I guess last night? I tivo'd it). His book "Chain of Command" sounds tempting.

I've got the Presidential debates Tivo'd, as well. I feel sad about this whole election. I don't feel confident that Kerry is going to prevail during this election. I really hope Kerry gets it together on these debates.

Oh, and it looks like Backdraft is being remade...in the form of Ladder 49.

Well, I'm not sure if it is exactly the same...I'm basing my opinion off of watching the previews. But the movie does not come across as being particularly remarkable.
