Amnesty reports 40,000 rapes in Congo.
And here's an explanation why we (the U.S. Governement) did not condemn the mass gassing of the kurds when it happened.
At this rate, I suppose we'll deal with the Congo when they are no longer embroiled in hideous turmoil.

When it comes to going to war the government can't win for losing in the eyes of it's people
