Stevia...

Trader Joe's is now selling Stevia in their stores. Or perhaps they have always sold Stevia, they just finally placed it near the baking area.

So, I'm sweetening my coffee with it the past few days. It is definitely sweet, but not like sugar. But there's definitely a little extra somethin-somethin' on my tongue. As the site suggests, I think I put too much in.

I only put in two scoops! And each scoop is smaller than the tip of your pinky finger.

So, do any of you use Stevia, and what do you think?

Closer to processed sugar, almost like Confectioners' sugar. Not bad and not difficult to acquire a taste for.
