Tonight was pleasant. The move aftermath of this weekend went very well. The project leads took me out to dinner at Lemon Grass. The corporate planner, who has been lusting after my music collection, gave me her 40gb ipod to populate with my music collection. I'm playing with it right now.

She had 4gb of music on it so far. I copied her collection onto my hard drive, then imported it into my existing library. combined, we have 29gb of music. I'm currently piping that back into her ipod, and then later I will sync mine up. This endeavor seems largely successful. What remains to be seen is how my itunes downloads will work for her if she tries to copy her ipod contents to her hard drive and then import them into her library. I suspect it will prompt her for a password.

I have a ton of chores to do around the house, and no desire to do them. I don't like needing a vacation to clean. But I think I'll need one.

You are missing a capital C on combined

Also you use a comma with a conjunction to separate two independent clauses. So a sentence like "I have a ton of chores to do around the house, and no desire to do them" would not take a comma because "no desire to do them" is not an independent clause but a dependant clause.

The sentence is fine as:

"I have a ton of chores to do around the house and no desire to do them"
