Okay, folks. The next time you get caught in flagrante delicto with someone who is not your boyfriend of spouse, here's your excuse.

I really find this hard to believe, but then again, I know little about sleepwalking phenomena.

Um, the screaming thing has only happened a few times in my life, and always during a stressful time (graduation, parent in hospital, etc). I am much saner than that anecdote probably made me seem. ;-)
