the first guy's argument is ridiculous.. he acts like the only way to have a child is through natural means.. plenty of infertile couples go the exact route the women couple did. Would they be having such an issue about a hetero couple? Of course not. it's a double standard with no logic. Even a married couple who has a child through donated sperm would be in the same situation legally unless the man adopts the baby, it seems.

I think it's cruel to take a child from a loving and beloved parent.. period.

Yes, it is. I'm amazed that there are people that think this simply, and pride themselves on supporting policies that are so limited.
