It's probably true. Japanese can be real weirdos. Hell, the most popular comic book over there is titled "Rape Man". This popular "hero" stalks and rapes a woman each edition. Crazy!
All over the Internet there are these videos circulating where girls are molested, sexually assaulted, and gang abused in public. You'd think these were staged things. They are not. These poor girls are surrounded by men on trains, in clubs, followed into the bathroom, and taped while they are molested. This is a big problem over there. It is reported in the papers and on the news. People complain about it. Doesn't do much good.
Japanese girls are meek. They don't cry out or fight much. All they do is try to push their skirts down, push hands away, etc.. Freaking crazy!
